These terms explain use of the Bookwyrm Designs website and the optional communication programs described below. Bookwyrm Designs creates bookish and fantasy-inspired apparel, gifts, and artwork. Product concepts marked Coming Soon are previews; final designs and availability will be confirmed when listings are released.

Purchases take place in our Fourthwall or Etsy storefronts. Prices, product details, payment terms, shipping estimates, and return conditions are provided by the shop where you order. Review those terms before buying and use that shop’s order-support process for an existing purchase. These website terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Bookwyrm Designs branding, artwork, and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce designs or use the branding commercially. Contact hello@mail.bookwyrmdesigns.com for questions about permitted use or to report inaccurate information.

Joining the launch list requests email updates about Bookwyrm Designs. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting hello@mail.bookwyrmdesigns.com. An email signup or purchase does not enroll you in SMS messages.

SMS updates are not currently available. The following terms describe the optional program when it becomes available. Publishing these terms does not enroll you or authorize any messages.

What you may receive: If you separately opt in to marketing texts, Bookwyrm Designs may send launch announcements, new-product updates, and special offers. If you separately opt in to customer-care texts, messages will concern your questions and requested support. Your selections determine which types you receive; automated technology may be used.

Your choice: SMS enrollment is optional and is not required to buy anything. Marketing and customer-care consent will be requested separately, with no boxes selected in advance. You must be authorized to use the number you provide. A phone number alone, email consent, or agreement to these website terms is not SMS consent.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies with your selections, product announcements, and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider can explain charges under your plan.

Stop messages: Reply STOP to any Bookwyrm Designs text to unsubscribe from the program. You may receive one confirmation text, then no further program texts unless you choose to enroll again. To rejoin, use the SMS signup process available at that time and provide fresh consent. You can also contact hello@mail.bookwyrmdesigns.com for assistance with an opt-out request.

Get help: Reply HELP to a Bookwyrm Designs message or email hello@mail.bookwyrmdesigns.com. Please do not send sensitive account or payment information by text.

Delivery: Text delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability. Mobile carriers are not responsible for texts that are delayed or fail to arrive. If you change or give up your phone number, unsubscribe first or let us know so we can update our records.

Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and consent are protected. SMS permission applies to Bookwyrm Designs and is not transferred to another brand.

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. We will obtain any new consent required before changing the scope of an SMS subscription. Continued website browsing does not replace the separate consent required for text messages.
